marinate raw meat ( mutton or chicken ) with gingergarlic paste, cardamom, cloves, cinamon, golden fry onion, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, shahi jeera, turmeric powder, salt . all ingredents mix with raw meat & curd .
boil basmati rice to half cook by adding little bit of cloves, cinamon, cardamom, tejpatta, salt. take separate vesel put the masala mix meat add some oil, pour the boil rice , sprinkle some safforn , closed the vesel lid tightly.put the vesel on high flame for 10-15 min.remove the vesel from high flame & put it on glowing charcoal apply some charcoal pieces on lid also this process should have to continue for atleast 15-20 min.
